Questions about Cliniquorix
Is Cliniquorix a clinic or a healthcare provider?
No. Cliniquorix is a web design studio that builds websites for private clinics. We do not provide medical services, give medical advice or book appointments with any clinic.
Which kinds of clinic do you build websites for?
Private medical clinics in the UK, including private GP-style practices, specialist and consultant-led clinics, multi-site groups, diagnostic centres, and physiotherapy and aesthetic clinics. Our guides and checks are written around the UK rules that apply to them.
Do you only work with clinics in England?
No. We work with clinics across the UK. The regulator and inspection details shown on your site depend on where you operate, for example the Care Quality Commission in England, Healthcare Inspectorate Wales or Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
Who owns the website when the project ends?
You do. The domain, the website, its content and the designs belong to your clinic, and we hand over every login at launch.
Can we host the website ourselves?
Yes. We can hand the site over to your own hosting, or host it for you as part of optional ongoing care. Either way, you can move it later.
Do you guarantee first-page Google rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. We build the site so search engines can understand it, with clear pages for each service, accurate titles and structured data, and we set up Search Console so you can see how it performs.
Do you run Google Ads or social media campaigns?
No. We build and maintain websites. If you run ads, we can make sure the pages they point to are clear and within the advertising rules.
Will you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, where we process personal data on your behalf, for example if we host the site and its form submissions pass through our systems. We set out what we handle and how in the agreement.
Do you have access to patient records?
No, and we do not need it. Our forms are designed to keep health information out of the website, and integrations with clinical systems are set up so that patient data stays in those systems.
Can you work with our existing booking system?
In most cases, yes. We link to or embed established booking platforms and test them on a staging copy of the site before launch.
Which website platforms do you build on?
We choose the platform with you, based on who will edit the site and what it needs to connect to. We can also work within an existing platform such as WordPress, Squarespace or Wix.
How do you handle changes after launch?
Your team can make everyday changes, such as fees, opening hours and profiles, through the content management system. Larger changes can be quoted separately or covered by ongoing care.
Can we see your work for other clinics?
We have no client work to show yet; the concepts page shows illustrative designs for fictional clinics. We do not present those concepts as client work.
How quickly do you reply to enquiries?
Within two working days. The first reply includes the questions we need answered before we can plan or quote.
