Write to us by email
Email hello@cliniquorix.site with a few lines about your clinic, the services you offer and what you would like your website to do. We reply within two working days.
Please do not include patient names or any health information in your email.
What to include in your first message
A few lines are enough to start. The more of these you can answer, the more useful our reply will be:
- The type of clinic you run and the main services or treatments you offer.
- How many sites or locations you have, and which parts of the UK they are in.
- Whether you have a website now, and what you would like to change about it.
- Any systems the site needs to work with, such as a booking platform or practice management software.
- When you would like the new site to be live, and whether a fixed date is driving that.
Please do not send patient names, clinical letters, screenshots of records or any other health information. We do not need it to plan a website, and keeping it out of email protects your patients and your clinic.
What happens after you write
We read every message ourselves. If the project is a good fit, we reply with a short list of questions and suggest a call at a time that suits your clinic. After the call you receive a written plan that sets out the pages, the features and the price. Nothing is built, and nothing is charged, until you have agreed that plan in writing.
If your project is not something we can do well, we say so in the first reply rather than taking it on.
Other ways to prepare
If you would like to think things through before getting in touch, the clinic website planner walks you through sixteen short questions and gives you a plain text brief you can send to us or to any designer. The pricing page explains how we scope and quote a clinic site, and the guides cover the rules that shape clinic websites in the UK, from CQC ratings to health data in online forms.
How we handle your details
We use the details you send only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to plan your project. The privacy notice explains what we keep, for how long, and how to ask us to delete it. Cliniquorix is a web design studio, not a healthcare provider, so we cannot answer medical questions or book appointments with any clinic.
