The cookie we use
| Name | Where | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| clq_sid | The contact page, only when the form is shown or sent | Matches the form to your visit, protects against forged submissions, and keeps your typed text if a message cannot be sent | Until you close your browser |
The cookie is marked HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it, and it is marked Secure when the site is reached over HTTPS, so it is only sent over encrypted connections. It is limited to the contact page.
Why no consent banner
UK rules on storing information on your device, in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, allow storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for without consent. A cookie that protects a form you have chosen to use falls into that category. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 also added exceptions for some analytics and preference cookies from 5 February 2026[1], with conditions that include a simple and free way to opt out, as set out in the ICO's final guidance (29 April 2026)[2], summarised by Osborne Clarke[3]. We do not use those kinds of cookies at all, so the exceptions do not affect this site.
What we do not use
- No analytics cookies or analytics scripts.
- No advertising or remarketing cookies.
- No social media buttons or embedded content that sets cookies.
- No third-party fonts or scripts loaded from other websites.
Other storage
The planner runs in your browser and does not save your answers. When you download your brief, your browser creates the file on your device; nothing is sent to us.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the contact page cookie, the contact form will not be able to accept your message, but you can still email us at hello@cliniquorix.site.
Changes
If we change the cookies this site uses, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page before the change takes effect.
