Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use cliniquorix.site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, and this statement explains what we tested, what we know is not perfect, and how to contact us.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA[1]. The site is built with semantic HTML, so headings, lists, tables and forms are announced correctly by assistive technology, and it does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.

What you should be able to do

  • Use every page, menu, form and the planner with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
  • Zoom to 400 per cent with content reflowing into a single column, without horizontal scrolling.
  • Read text with sufficient contrast against its background, including buttons and links.
  • Use a screen reader to read pages in a logical order, with descriptive headings and links.
  • Skip straight to the main content with the "skip to main content" link.
  • Tap buttons and controls that are at least 24 by 24 pixels.
  • Read tables on a phone, where they turn into labelled cards.

How we tested

Before publishing the site on 29 October 2026, we checked every page at 1440, 390 and 320 pixels wide in a desktop browser engine (320 pixels is what a 1280-pixel window shows at 400 per cent zoom) for horizontal scrolling and script errors. A script checked the contrast of text, buttons, focus outlines and form field borders against the WCAG thresholds, and measured every link and control to confirm it is at least 24 by 24 pixels. We used the menu, the planner and the contact form with the keyboard alone and checked how the form reports errors. We have not tested with a full range of screen readers, so please tell us if anything does not work with yours.

Known limitations

  • Concept screens. The illustrative website screens on the home page and the concepts page contain small text that is decorative. They are hidden from screen readers, and the description beside each one explains what it shows.
  • Linked documents. Some sources we cite are PDF documents published by other organisations. We cannot control how accessible they are; where possible we quote the relevant wording on our own page.

If you find a problem we have not listed, please tell us.

Information in another format

If you need any page in a different format, such as plain text or large print, email hello@cliniquorix.site and we will send it within five working days.

Reporting a problem

Email hello@cliniquorix.site with the page address and a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it. You will hear back within two working days, and accessibility problems are treated as a priority fix.
